About the Role

Aware Recovery Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Recovery Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Addiction Care team, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through our intensive In-Home Addiction Treatment program.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver ARC's 52-week In-Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT) program within the client's home environment, providing support and guidance every step of the way.
  • Drive to and meet clients in their home environment, transporting them to ARC-related appointments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Addiction Treatment team to coordinate customized client care, working across departments for holistic support.
  • Manage a caseload of clients and schedule appointments, ensuring timely clinical documentation in our Electronic Medical Record system.
  • Provide emotional support through face-to-face appointments and phone calls, meeting clients where they are on their recovery journey.
Requirements
  • 2 years of lived continuous recovery experience from any Substance Use Disorder (SUD), or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones.
  • Possession of certifications like Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), Drug and Alcohol Recovery Counselor (DARC), or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) is a plus.
  • Proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license are required.
  • A High School diploma or GED is necessary for this position.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-$26 per hour, based on experience, education, and qualifications.
