The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a skilled Training Center Cook to join our team at Highmark Stadium in New York. As a Training Center Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients to meet dietary requirements and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team's nutritionist and chefs to plan and execute balanced, nutritious menus
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met while managing inventory and supplies efficiently
  • Manage daily menu changes and provide services for 150 team members on a daily basis
Requirements
  • Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment, such as in a high-volume kitchen or in catering
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment and take on whatever task is needed in the kitchen
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to be on time every day
