As a Commissary Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the management of commissary services, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with established protocols. Your role will involve supervising staff, managing inventory, and optimizing retail sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and lead a team of employees in the commissary, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
2. Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and timely replenishment of products.
3. Implement and maintain automated point-of-sale systems to enhance retail operations.
4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis.
2. A minimum of four years of full-time experience in commissary operations, retail management, or inventory control is required.
3. Experience in supervising staff is preferred.
4. Familiarity with automated retail systems is advantageous.
