About the Role

As a Substance Use Disorder Specialist at Blue Mountain Heart to Heart, you will play a critical role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where our staff can thrive.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments, making referrals to inpatient treatment programs, leading group counseling sessions, and providing education on addiction and recovery. You will work closely with our medical personnel to ensure seamless care coordination.

In addition to your clinical expertise, we value strong written and oral communication skills, timeliness, and attention to detail. A minimum of 2 years of direct experience as an SUDP and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are required.
