About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to support the Extremity Trauma & Amputation Center of Excellence (EACE) at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, developing, and executing clinical research protocols.
  • Conduct laboratory research with devices such as force platforms, motion capture cameras, instrumented treadmills, electromyography, respirometry, and wearable technologies.
  • Educate prospective participants about research protocol(s), validate eligibility to participate, and evaluate commitment.
  • Assist with the preparation of data for presentations at scientific meetings and/or publication in scientific journals.
Requirements
  • PhD degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
  • Minimum of 0-5 years experience required.
