**About the Role**

We're seeking an exceptional Workplace Experience Lead to join our team at Fictiv. This is a full-time office-based position in the Oakland Hub, with a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading workplace experience initiatives, establishing world-class programming, and fostering a sense of community within the workspace. You'll embody and promote Fictiv's core values and behaviors, serving as an ambassador both inside and outside the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive workplace experience strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain the Oakland Hub facilities, including reception services, vendor management, and OSHA compliance.
  • Design and execute creative campaigns to showcase Fictiv's culture and position it as a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, weighing competing demands and meeting deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in workplace coordination, office management, administrative support, or event planning.
  • Hospitality and customer service mindset, with a strong desire to host, build relationships, and create beautiful environments for guests.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, with high levels of communication and teamwork.
  • Highly equipped with verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with incoming tasks and jobs.
