We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our team. As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Salary and Benefits

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary package that includes:

  • A base salary of approximately $140,000 per year
  • A tax-free stipend of up to $20,000 per year

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Pediatric Intensive Care setting
  • Certification in pediatrics or critical care nursing (or equivalent)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
