Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

La Mesa RV is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing all web display and PPC advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute all web display and PPC advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with other internal and external partners.
  • Create, test, and report on A/B ad tests.
  • Give direction and input on streaming and OTT placement.
  • Strategize how to create show videos and salesmen ads, including how to best promote ads on different platforms.
  • Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • Adhere to all quality, safety, policies, procedures, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused internally and externally.
  • Proficient in marketing research.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Communicates effectively in writing and speaking.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or an appropriate business field.
  • 1-5 years of marketing or business-related experience.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels along with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (i.e., Suite, Outlook, Excel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development/constraints, etc.).
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Word Press.
  • Automotive or RV dealership knowledge is helpful but not required.
