GNA POSITION OVERVIEW:
If you are a Geriatric Nursing Assistant who is genuinely passionate about patient care and possesses a strong sense of compassion for others, we encourage you to consider the GNA role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a GNA, you will provide essential daily care and services that complement the nursing care provided to residents and patients. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing.
2. Changing bed linens to maintain a clean environment.
3. Properly positioning patients for comfort and safety.
4. Offering hydration to ensure patient well-being.
5. Conducting regular check-ins on patients throughout the day.
6. Taking and recording vital signs as needed.
7. Performing additional duties as assigned by the nursing team when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Hold a valid GNA license in good standing with the state.
- Be capable of responding appropriately to emergency situations.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively regarding a resident's condition.
- Be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- Demonstrate a caring nature and a commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents and patients.
