We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to their overall well-being.

We are looking to recruit an LPN to provide assisted living visits. You will be responsible for making a visit to an assisted living facility (located in Westchester County) each day of the week. You will help the physician provide care to a panel of patients located at each facility.

Ideal candidate would have experience in either geriatrics, home care or both.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
- Administer treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide family planning education and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
