Job Summary

Aurorium LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join their team at the Del Water Gap, PA facility. This role involves performing various duties associated with batch processing and overall chemical manufacturing.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Perform batch processing duties, including charging material, processing batches, monitoring, and recording data
  • Operate chemical equipment, such as reactors, pumps, stills, centrifuges, dryers, and other manufacturing equipment with proficiency
  • Ensure workplace safety by practicing and following all site safety policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Handle disposal of hazardous waste properly and in accordance with policies to ensure compliance
  • Achieve production needs and goals consistently while minimizing product waste and downtime
  • Maintain the cleaning and upkeep of department equipment
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing plant preferred
  • Self-motivated and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills
