Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families during this critical time.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of safety and respect.
- Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma, or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Neonate Resuscitation certification within 4 months of employment start date.
