HHS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping and Floor Technician. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

**Responsibilities**

• Perform daily cleaning procedures in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces

• Operate cleaning equipment, such as buffers and extractors, to maintain floors and surfaces

• Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Respond to pages and reports to the Environmental Services Director for work scheduling

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department Director

**Requirements**

• Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently and stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and reach continuously throughout a shift

• Ability to handle/interact with all chemicals used in the cleaning process

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and other hours as needed

• Strong communication skills in English
