About the Role

We are seeking a passionate physician to join our team at Minnesota Community Care, a leading Federally Qualified Health Center. As a staff provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing the needs and well-being of our patients
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating social and structural determinants of health
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, using culturally sensitive and respectful approaches
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of our organization
Requirements
  • Medical school diploma
  • DEA Certification
  • Minnesota state medical license
  • Active BLS
  • Minimum four years of post-residency experience in a community-based setting
  • Bilingual Hmong/English, Spanish/English preferred but not required
