Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in engaging with our clientele by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating self-motivation.
  2. Provide assistance to customers through various channels including phone, email, online chat, or in-person interactions.
  3. Schedule appointments with customers and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  4. Coordinate with the service manager to optimize service routes and schedules.
  5. Process orders for new or additional products and services.
  6. Address customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate specialists when necessary.
  7. Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and issues.
  8. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  9. Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications and quick to learn new software.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Compensation Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
