At Jushi USA, we are seeking a skilled Packaging Technician to join our team. As a Packaging Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our cannabis-based products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and package cannabis products in a clean and safe environment
  • Print and apply labels to finished products
  • Perform order picking and packaging into transfer containers
  • Maintain and update work instructions and procedures
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production demands
  • Participate in safety meetings and adhere to company safety protocols
  • Perform other functions as necessary to provide an adequate supply of product to meet patient demand
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience working in an order entry/picking/labeling/packaging/customer service position
  • Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
  • General computer ability and constant performance of desk-based computer tasks
  • Frequent sitting and occasional twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and crawling
  • Ability to communicate orally with management and other coworkers
  • Some heavy lifting may be required, exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally
Work Environment:

The job is performed indoors and outdoors, with exposure to hot, humid environments and dust, allergens, and water. Appropriate PPE will be provided.
