Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Employbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the appropriate welding equipment and method.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including angle grinders and calipers, to prepare and align components for welding.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and organized manner.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.

• Professional certification in welding.
• Experience with electrical or manual tools.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
