We're looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Seasonal Retail Sales and Customer Service Professional. About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Old Navy, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fostering a positive shopping experience for customers by greeting them warmly, answering questions, and offering style advice
- Maintaining a visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
- Selling products by identifying customers' needs and making recommendations
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns or exchanges
