Swim Instructor Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at British Swim School. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching quality swim lessons to children of all ages and abilities using our unique and gentle approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach swim lessons to children using our comprehensive curriculum
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with children of all ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
