Come work for Advance Local in Massachusetts, driving advertising revenue growth as part of a leading privately-owned media company. Our sales teams excel at selling multimedia campaigns, including digital display, search engine marketing, social media marketing, video, sponsorships, content marketing, and more.
The ideal candidate will network in the Boston region to establish connections with clients and advertising agencies specializing in verticals like travel, healthcare, education, or regional advertising. We need a high-energy leader who can drive results by collaborating and mentoring others.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales goals by prospecting new business and growing existing accounts.
- Leading the team to exceed established revenue targets, prospect, and close new business while maintaining a healthy sales funnel.
- Mentoring, collaborating, and providing feedback to ensure each step of the sales process is followed.
The successful candidate will be expected to proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and database research. They will also develop proposals that provide customer solutions with optimized campaigns using available resources.

This Sales Lead role offers a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual compensation range of $112,500 to $120,000, comprising a base salary of $75,000 to $80,000 plus incentives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career and contribute to the success of Advance Local's dynamic sales team.
