Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Treatment Commissioning Supervisor to join our team at KBR, Inc. This role will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning and operation of pre-treatment systems, ensuring safe and effective utilization of equipment and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning and Operations: Supervise the commissioning and operation of pre-treatment systems, including catalyst loading, vessel management, and equipment operation.
  • Procedure Development: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operator of equipment and work activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Permit to Work System: Implement and maintain the Permit to Work system during commissioning, start-up, and initial operation, ensuring all pertinent procedures are followed and readily accessible to the team.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of tasks and projects.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including CSO Subject Matter Experts, to ensure seamless integration of pre-treatment systems into plant operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in commissioning and operating pre-treatment systems, with a deep understanding of catalyst loading, vessel management, and equipment operation.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of tasks and projects.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
