We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Littleton, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy services to individuals of diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify the underlying causes of speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to enhance clients' communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic client care.
  • Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication and swallowing skills development.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
  • State licensure or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred, experience in schools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
