Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Financial Operations Team as the Controller, overseeing financial management and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage multiple priorities, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Five years of financial management experience.
- Three years of supervisory experience.
- Preferred certifications: CPA, CMA, or CFA.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $93,000 to $161,900, commensurate with experience.
- Hybrid work option may be considered after the initial training period.
