Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Evolution Health Executive team. This role requires the highest level of professionalism, independent judgment, and discretion in completing assignments of a sensitive nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including making travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, responding to correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conference activities, ensuring timely logistics and communication with attendees.
  • Compile, format, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and information for publication and distribution.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing incoming calls and emails to the executive, and responding to inquiries with guidance and direction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure security for documents, information, and projects.
  • Anticipate executive needs and respond accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure timely scheduling of critical meetings and provide backup support as needed.
  • Manage daily office operations, including budgeting, office supplies, and liaison with service providers and building management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management administrative role.
  • Experience in providing administrative support for international business activities.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • A self-starter who can work independently, solve problems, and anticipate potential needs or issues.
  • Strong sense of urgency and time management capability.
  • Proficient proofreading and editing skills.
