Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist servers with food and drink service, including clearing tables, running food, and resetting tables.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain expertise on all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergies.
  • Food Runner: Act as a dedicated food runner for various shifts, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and personal appearance, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Provide excellent communication and support to all teammates, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional service.
  • Setup and Breakdown: Thoroughly complete setup and breakdown of each station, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for long periods, balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, and objects up to 40+ lbs.
  • Schedule: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a variable schedule as needed.
