PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

The Asset Protection Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring a secure shopping environment for customers, a safe workplace for employees, and the safeguarding of company resources, contributing to the overall success of our retail locations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting investigations into the loss of assets, including merchandise, cash, and property
  • Implementing loss prevention strategies through observation, surveillance, and various security measures
  • Maintaining safety and security protocols for designated locations
  • Monitoring and executing strategies aimed at reducing shrinkage
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in retail operations, customer service, or loss prevention/asset protection
  • Proficient in writing comprehensive reports and upholding the confidentiality of all investigation-related information
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
