Job Summary

Community Counseling Center is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Cottonwood Residential Treatment Facility. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and adolescents in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to clients in a residential treatment setting
Assist clients with daily living skills, such as personal hygiene and medication management
Participate in group and individual therapy sessions to support clients' mental health and well-being
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor clients' safety and well-being, and intervene in crisis situations as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working with youth or in a mental health setting preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to pass CPR/First Aid and Pro-ACT training
