About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Speech Therapist to join our team at CaroMont Health. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of speech therapy evaluations and procedures in the care and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Speech Pathology, with North Carolina state licensure and at least one year of speech therapy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution
  • North Carolina state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • At least one year of experience in speech therapy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
