Experienced Speech Language Pathologist Position in Belmont, MA

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis. As an SLP with us, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in clients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
- Direct Therapy: Provide direct therapy to clients with a range of speech and language needs, including children and adults.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of 35 clients across various age groups and settings.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred. Candidates who have completed their clinical fellowship year (CFY) are invited to apply.
- Experience: Proven experience in providing speech and language therapy, with a strong background in working with diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
