We employ a large number of employees and are currently looking for a Maintenance and Repair Coordinator / Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our Production department on a permanent basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • As a link between production and technology, you will plan and organize preventive maintenance and repair tasks and work closely with our maintenance team to ensure high equipment availability.
  • You will actively search for the causes of technical malfunctions and find sustainable solutions to minimize downtime.
  • You will utilize industry-standard tools and methods to ensure the optimal performance of production equipment.
  • You will share your knowledge about maintenance and repair and see yourself as a coach to strengthen the technical understanding within the team.
  • You will bring in new ideas and proactively support improvement projects to drive business growth.
