Job Summary

Maryland Management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our apartment communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the physical and fiscal assets of the community, supervising onsite personnel, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the community's physical and fiscal assets, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Supervise and motivate onsite personnel to achieve operational goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct tours of the community and show apartments to prospective residents.
  • Process rental applications, lease renewals, and resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Manage resident complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with regional and senior management to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
