As a member of the Enterprise Business Applications team, you will have the opportunity to enhance and streamline our ERP and time-tracking systems, which serve over 122,000 employees. You will join a diverse and collaborative community committed to the values and vision of Providence, a not-for-profit Catholic health care system.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage in the implementation and ongoing support of financial and accounting business applications.
  2. Possess proficiency in ERP functionalities, particularly in at least two of the following modules:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Cash Management
  • Fixed Assets
  • Lease Accounting
  • Tax/Vertex design.
Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements for enhancements and drive change requests from inception to deployment.Conduct research to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions utilizing RPA and AI for process optimization.Work independently on assigned tasks, demonstrating fluency in English to effectively perform essential functions.Assist in the management of specific projects, including planning, scoping, and status reporting.Support business process improvements and assist in test planning and execution.Resolve system-related issues and troubleshoot data discrepancies.Maintain effective communication and foster positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field, along with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in application design, implementation, or maintenance of large-scale ERP systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Oracle-related issues and run queries against Oracle databases.
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion cloud database structures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and operational improvement in complex systems.
