Our Registered Nurses provide care in a homelike atmosphere, allowing for deeper connections with residents and witnessing the positive outcomes of your support.
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Sub-Acute CareSchedule: Full-Time: 3pm to 11pm - 64 Hours
Compensation: Starting at $89,000 - $95,000 annually (including shift differential), with potential for higher earnings based on experience.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse in Sub-Acute Care:
- Lead the nursing team with high standards in accuracy, communication, urgency, and compassion.
- Initiate and manage resident care plans and assessments, ensuring all physician's orders and residents' needs are met.
- Coach team members through training and set expectations for onboarding new colleagues.
- Educate residents and their families on care plans while building genuine relationships to understand their goals.
Requirements for the Registered Nurse in Sub-Acute Care:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license issued by the Commonwealth of PA or MD.
- Prior nursing experience in a long-term skilled nursing facility or acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage, supervise, lead, direct, plan, coordinate, and make independent decisions.
- Capability to perform the physical tasks required in this role.
