Oncology Charge Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Oncology Charge Nurse to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

As an Oncology Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in a fast-paced oncology environment. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Nursing leadership in planning and implementing patient care at the service/department level.
- Work collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.
Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts license.
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Three to Five years of recent oncology experience inclusive of bone marrow transplants and CAR T required.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Two years of experience in nursing with directly related clinical experience and demonstrated leadership ability.
- Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in specialty areas is encouraged.
