In this role, you will represent our community, addressing inquiries, coordinating various services, and ensuring that all needs are met efficiently and courteously.

Compensation:

$16 - $18 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

Package Management:

  • Receive and log deliveries in the package room; ensure no items are left unattended in the lobby.

Key Oversight:

  • Secure all keys in the lockbox until requested.
  • If a resident misplaces their keys:
  • During maintenance supervisor's hours: Locate the supervisor for the emergency key (if available).
  • Outside of maintenance supervisor's hours: Advise the resident to contact a locksmith, only reaching out to the maintenance supervisor or Board members in emergencies.

Assistance to Residents:

  • Arrange taxis for residents and their guests, assist with luggage and doors, and help with package handling.
  • Provide umbrellas to residents when necessary.
  • Ensure that only residents, their guests, taxis/limos, and delivery vehicles access the loading zone for a maximum of 20 minutes.

Additional Duties:

  • Support newspaper delivery.
  • Sign for registered, certified, and overnight mail on behalf of residents unless otherwise instructed in writing.

Professional Appearance and Conduct:

  • Maintain proper uniform at all times.
  • Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette.

Access Management:

  • Log contractors, housekeepers, and aides in and out.
  • Open the loading dock at 8 am and secure it at 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

Resident Support:

  • Assist residents with packages and provide shopping carts as needed.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the garage for open windows, lights, leaks, debris, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector preferred
  • Must possess US work authorization
