Clinical Nurse - Patient Disposition

Loma Linda University Medical Center seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Clinical Nurse - Patient Disposition. In this position, you will play a critical role in the evaluation and disposition of patients referred to our facility. You will work closely with hospital staff and clinicians to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care and attention necessary for optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of patients to determine their needs and develop effective treatment plans
* Coordinate with hospital staff and clinicians to facilitate admissions according to department guidelines and criteria
* Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient

Education and Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in medical/surgery settings is required for this role. You must also possess a current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Additional certifications, such as Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB), are highly desirable but not necessarily required.
