Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated at around $85,000 per year, based on national averages for Registered Nurses in the Carthage, TN area. This figure may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Job Description
In this role as a Full Time Registered Nurse, you will make intermittent home-visits to our skilled nursing patients in a particular area. You will provide care to patients in a safe and timely manner using acceptable nursing skills and best practices as defined by Adoration's quality assurance team. Your responsibilities will include providing medication instruction, monitoring, and administration as ordered by the patient's Primary Care Physician, conducting patient assessments and helping develop the patient's plan of care with other interdisciplinary team members, and completing supervision of Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aide staff as appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state. One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting is also required, with home health, geriatrics, or other relatable settings being preferred. You must also have a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy, as well as current CPR certification.
