Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Ace Hardware positively and assist customers in resolving their inquiries.
- Welcome customers as they enter and thank them upon their departure.
- Maintain a friendly and outgoing demeanor while collaborating with both customers and team members.
- Ensure all inquiries and calls are addressed promptly and courteously.
- Escalate any unresolved customer complaints to management.
- Possess strong knowledge of products and store layout to assist customers effectively.
- Provide personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Operational Duties:
- Contribute to a professional and safe work environment.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and stocking merchandise.
- Help maintain back stock levels and ensure cleanliness throughout the store.
- Support merchandise resets and ensure signage is up-to-date.
- Communicate any operational issues to management and participate in store meetings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

What to Expect:
You will engage directly with customers, helping them find everything they need for their projects. Expect a fast-paced and energetic work environment where time flies.

Physical Requirements:
Be prepared to be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours) and lift weights ranging from 25 to 50 lbs.
