Job Summary

As a Catering Team Lead with Compass Group USA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our catering operations. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the schedules of our catering staff to ensure that all functions are delivered, served, and cleared in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine workload requirements from catering orders and meet with function group leaders to discuss setup arrangements.
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
  • Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
  • Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.
