About the Role
As a Forensic Nurse Specialist at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care to patients who have experienced sexual assault or physical abuse. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide physical, emotional, and forensic evaluation and support to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical and forensic examinations of patients
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies to ensure timely and effective response to patient needs
- Participate in courtroom testimony as needed
- Develop and maintain expertise in forensic nursing practices and procedures

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of nursing experience
