Dental Billing Specialist

Webster Dental Management is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of patient payments and insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cash flow and balance deposits daily
- Process insurance payments and collect from patients and insurers
- Post payments accurately and ensure electronic insurance deposits are reflected in patient accounts
- Prepare and present financial arrangements and insurance options for proposed treatment plans
- Resolve billing disputes and manage outstanding insurance claims
- Train team members and perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Business
- Dental office administrative experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
