Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Mennonite Village, a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents during the overnight shifts (NOC).

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Monitor residents' health status and report changes to a Nurse
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Promote participation in activities
  • Ensure safety during care procedures through compassionate care and professionalism
Qualifications:
  • Valid CNA certification in Oregon within the first 120 days of employment
  • CPR/AED certification within the first 120 days of employment
