Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at a long term care facility in the Albany and Capital District Area.

As a CNA with NurseCore, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Perform various direct patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

- Assist patients in dressing or undressing, bathing, or eating.

- Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens or gather vital signs but do not start or administer intravenous fluids.

- Aids physicians and nursing staff members with procedures if needed.

- Documents patient interactions as needed.

- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- Performs a variety of tasks.

- Works under general supervision.

- Typically reports to a Registered Nurse or manager.

Requirements:

- Certified CNA in the State of NY.

- 1+ years of CNA experience in a supervised setting within the past 3 years.

- TB and Physical.

- Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the area of practice.

- In compliance with state and Federal regulations, NurseCore has a mandatory COVID vaccination policy, subject to applicable law.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00, daily/weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a range of benefits through Mylo.
