We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Supply Coordinator to join our team at Ware Presbyterian Village. As a Medical Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies to our community service areas. This is a part-time day shift position, working 8am-1:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Satisfy needs for medical supplies for all community service areas
- Purchase medical supplies according to community guidelines to maintain adequate levels
- Ensure proper recording of supplies that are shipped, received, or transported internally from or into the central supply room
- Maintain the central supply area in an organized manner
- Complete and document a monthly inventory of all medical supplies
- Produce inventory reports as required
- Coordinate and prepare packages to be shipped via carriers for staff and residents; receive packages via carrier for staff and residents and ensure proper delivery
Requirements:
- Prior experience in purchasing preferred
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
