Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. As a key member of our staff, you will provide direct care and supervision to individuals with autism in a residential home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with autism, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Assist with life skills development, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
  • Transport individuals to appointments and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Provide daily structure and support, promoting a sense of security and stability.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 20 years old.
  • A valid NJ driver's license is required.
  • Ability to pass background checks, including Central Registry, CARI, DMV, Fingerprints, Drug Screen, Physical, and PPD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals with autism.
