- Utilize Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to streamline operations and minimize waste.
- Conduct thorough assessments of processes, gathering measurements and analyzing data to inform decisions.
- Develop and implement best practices and innovative solutions aimed at enhancing production rates and quality.
- Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure effective execution of metal stamping operations.
- Perform risk assessments and establish safety protocols to maintain a compliant and secure working environment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Process Engineering capacity within the manufacturing field.
