Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Care Consultant to join our team. As a Hospice Care Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing care and support to patients and their families, and educating healthcare professionals about the benefits of hospice and palliative care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
