Laborer Position

The General Laborer position requires general plant labor and clean-up of production areas, observing and monitoring conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularity, and being trained in various entry-level production positions to fill in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands.

• General labor and clean-up of production areas
• Observe, monitor, and report any conditions which could lead to product nonconformity
• Operate heavy equipment/machinery in a safe and appropriate manner
• Clean, inspect, and maintain/secure all equipment in compliance with MSHA, policies, and procedures
• Replace or assist other workers as needed or directed
• Other duties as assigned by management

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work overtime and rotating shifts
• Effective communication and basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to perform physical labor safely in noisy, dusty, and other harsh working conditions
