Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to branch staff to ensure outstanding experiences for clients.

Open Consumer and Business Depositor Accounts, offer consumer and equity lending for individual clients, and identify and refer additional products and services as necessary (Mortgage, Commercial, Private, Insurance, and Investments).

Engage in external sales initiatives aligned with market potential to attract new business clients while also nurturing and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships.

Oversee daily operations of branch personnel to ensure operational efficiency. Assist with personnel administration tasks as required.
Perform Financial Services Representative duties as necessary.

Foster positive relationships with retail customers, local businesses, trade organizations, and service clubs, focusing efforts on those within the marketing strategy.

Analyze workflow processes, staffing levels, and client interactions to enhance productivity and income-generating opportunities.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Prior banking management experience.
