Job Description

Trulieve is seeking a highly skilled Security Audit Analyst to join our team. As a Security Audit Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our best-in-class security through analysis, metrics, customer service, and support to each operational/support function and locations within their scope.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in threat analysis, incident response, and security compliance. You will be responsible for researching, preparing, and analyzing information needed to create documents or presentations as needed. You will also identify, detect, and respond to information stemming from security-related needs or incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Trulieve's best-in-class security through analysis, metrics, customer service, and support to each operational/support function and locations within their scope.
  • Research, prepare, and analyze information needed to create documents or presentations as needed.
  • Identify, detect, and respond to information stemming from security-related needs or incidents.
  • Communicate current threat(s) and potential attack trends based on the threat and security posture of the Security Program to the Regional Security Director (SE, NE, SW).
  • Assist as technical expert on all security threats posed to operations and make recommendations on security mitigation devices, systems, documentation and procedures.
  • Assist with the security inspection program.
  • Assist with collection of intelligence, operations, and the communication of time-sensitive security tactics for strategic executive management.
  • Assist SOC leadership with compliance for all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, corporate policies, guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of analytical work experience.
  • ~1 or more years inside of a Security Operations environment.
  • ~ Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and diagramming software such as Bluebeam Revu, Visio, Adobe or similar.
  • ~ Proven experience with Security, operations, agile project management, and leadership philosophies.
  • ~ Must be results-oriented, communication, conflict management, people management, reporting, critical thinking, and problem-solving, and planning and organization skills.
  • ~ Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience in security.
  • ~ Proven ability to execute processes with all operations, maintenance, and functions of the Security Policy, within the environment.
  • ~ Awareness of Cyber Security and Network is a must.
  • ~ Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
  • ~ Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details.
  • Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions.

What We Offer:

  • 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs.
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on a on-call rotation.
